Sultan-ul-Awliya Hadhrat Makhdoom Shaikh Alauddin Ali Ahmad Sabir Kaliyari
King of the both world Hadhrat Makhdoom Shaikh Sayyed Alauddin Ali Ahmad Sabir Kaliyari is the descendant of Hadhrat Sarkar Ghaus-e-Aazam (RadhiAllahu Ta’la Anhuma). Parental lineage is as follows:
Hadhrat Sayyed Alauddin Ali Ahmad Sabir Bin Sayyed Abdur-Raheem Bin Sayyed Abdul-Wahhab Bin Ghaus-ul-Aazam Sayyedna Shaikh Abdul-Qadir Jilani RadhiAllahu Ta’la Anhum. (Aayina-e-Tasawwuf)
He is the descendant of Hadhrat Farooque-e-Aazam from the mother side and is the nephew & son in law of Hadhrat Ganj-Shakar Alaihirrahma. He was born on 19th of Rabi-ul-Awwal, 592 AH in the region of Hirat and fostered in the custody of his mother. He qualified the both knowledge, Aqliyah & Naqliyah in the supervision of Hadhrat Baba Sahib and achieved an unique stage. Hadhrat Baba Sahib sent him, after making allegiance and caliph, to the Kaliyar, for guidance of the humanity. Despite having domination of divine passion & love and the life of abstraction & reclusiveness, he performed the imposed duties perfectly and lit the candles of Deen & Sunniyah, which had never fade. It is reported that He was the caretaker of his loved uncle’s almshouse but did not eat even a grain of food after that he blessed with the title of Sabir. He stood up for twelve years, holding the branch of fig, in the state of wonder but he never floundered a little bit in his high stage of determination. Onto whom he threw a glance of grace, he becomes perfect in the state of spirituality and onto whom, he cast a look of wrath, became nothing but ashes. Hadhrat Baba Sahib had said, “The knowledge of my chest is for Nizamuddin and the knowledge of my heart is for Alauddin”. The date of his wisal is 13th Rabiul-Awwal, 690 AH and the holy shrine at Kaliyar is a place of spiritual peace for the restless. The second largest branch of Silsila-e-Chishtiya is called Sabirya because of him and the number of saints & scholars were born in his silsila is countless.
